Story of the koala

Projetc:Helping Hands

Stange magic

Once upon a time there was a boy that didn’t have father and mother. He lived in a trive that was in Australia, a lovely and cheerful place. It had a lot of trees, animals, beautiful water and a blue sky.

The boy was lazy because he didn’t do anything and he was noisy. All the days the tribe had to walk a long way because they had to drink water. The tribe was poor yet they were really helpful. There wasn’t water in the rivers, streams and ponds. And the children and mother of the tribe went to dig because they planted seeds and roots.

All the days the boy asked to the people of the tribe that went to get water if they could give him some water. One day a person barked out to him – “if you want water, you have to go to take water for yourself!” all the people muttered that he didn’t do anything.

Then when the people hid the water under the bush, the boy went and got a bowl that had water and drank a long sip of it. Then he saw a tree and he climbed it, with the water bowls because he didn’t have water. Yet he didn’t go to get water for himself. Later the tree started to grow bigger. Two people appeared and they were looking for the water because they were very tired. They saw the boy in the tree and they started to climb it, because they wanted their water. The boy was afraid…

One of the people of the tribe touched his foot and he fell down. The boy once again climbed the tree and he started to turn into a koala. First his nose turned into a black bottom and his skin became white and black hair grew. He was the first koala in the world, and Australia! The people said that the koalas were only in Australia.
